Brewing at Diamond Knot

The "little" fermenter. Only 15bbl

I finally made it out to Diamond Knot to brew my Munich Helles recipe that won at the Puget Sound Pro-Am. I tried to help as much as possible but Pat Ringe of Diamond Knot did most of the real work, it is his system after all.

I’ve uploaded some photos I took to this Photo Gallery

We brewed up 15bbl of this batch. Before that day the biggest one of my recipes was 12 gal, so this was quite a step up for me.

As of Monday it was chugging along nicely, so hopefully everything works out good and we bring home the gold at the Pro-Am comp at GABF this year.

I’ll post an update when the release date is known.

Props to Pat and the rest of the Diamond Knot crew on such a sweet setup.
