List of non-pasteurized sour beers

I’ve been hoping to assemble a list of sour/funky beers that haven’t been filtered or pasteurized for a while. Now I’ve started putting this together and its definitely not complete but its a step in the right direction. I’m sure there are errors and omissions. So if someone has a correction/addition please let me know and I will fix it up.

I can’t get many of these beers at home, so if you have one you want me to check the dregs for bugs, I’ll gladly send along my address so you can send one to me

Non Filtered/Pasteurized Sour Beers

• Cantillon - Spontaneous fermentation.  So probably anything you can think of
• New Belgium La Folie - Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus
• Orval - S. cerevisiae, Brettanoymces
• Russian River Beatification - “Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus & other wild yeast & bacteria”
• Russian River Consecration - Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus
• Russian River Temptation - Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces
• Russian River Sanctification - 100% Brettanomyces
• Russian River Supplication - “three strains of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus”
