I've been culturing yeast on plates/slants for a while now and thought it would be fun to try the distilled water storage method. There are a bunch of resources online that I found info from so I don't need to rehash it here.

Everyone needs to go to the Wyeast contact form and fill it out requesting that they bring back WY2450 Denny's Fav50 yeast. It was released as a VSS this year and it should be pretty much gone now. It's a great yeast for anyone that hasn't tried it ...
